Hydriads Soaps are designed using a Holistic philosophy. Starting with a blend of natural oils that are full of Anti-aging vitamins and minerals, rich in omega acids and scented with a healthy synergist blend of Essential oils. We use only natural Vegetable oils that have their own unique qualities, some therapeutic such as fighting free radicals, stimulating cellular regeneration and collagen, as well as for color and texture. Olive Oil {INCI: olea Europeaea fruit oil} rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, which fights acne, vitamin E, which slows wrinkles, and Polyphenols which help with inflammation. Olive oil contains a natural organic compound that helps to regulate our skin's sebum by forming a protective coating on skin.
Coconut Oil {INCI: cocos nucifera oil} contains a high percentage of Fatty acids such as Lauric acid, Capric acid, and Caprylic acid, that when absorbed into the skin, the body converts into monolaurin which properties include anti-microbial,antioxidant,antifungal and antibacterial. Also contains vitamin E which repairs the wear and tear of our skin. A natural way to treat skin problems including Psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and other skin infections
Palm Oil {INCI: Elaeis Guineensis palm oil} White palm oil is High in fatty acids and is a rich source of Beta carotene, used to help give a hardness to soaps.
Shea Butter {INCI: Butyrospermum Parkii fruit} also known as African Karite butter, Expressed from the pit of the fruit of the African butter tree. Contains a high percentage of non-saponifiable fatty acids that gives it the ability to moisturize and help retain the elasticity of your skin. Shea Butter also helps provide protection against sun damage while repairing cellular degeneration.
Cocoa Butter {INCI: Theobroma Cacao[cocoa] seed butter} Shown to be effective in softening and nourishing the skin. Provides a barrier that helps preserve and restore the moisture of skin.
also shown to have great results in the prevention of scar tissue and stretch marks.
Jojoba Oil {INCI: Simmondsia chinesis[jojoba] seed oil} Jojoba “oil” is different from other vegetable oils in that it is not actually triglyceride oil but a liquid wax. Its unique chemical makeup mimics the sebum naturally present on human skin. . jojoba is odorless, natural, non-greasy, and extremely stable. It doesn't break down when exposed to water or oxygen and is a natural carrier of Vitamin E and a natural antioxidant, it is penetrating the skin to moisturize without blocking the pores.
Sweet Almond Oil{ INCI: Prunus Dulcis [almond] Oil}- Sweet Almond oil is one of the most popular vegetable oils, which is also used in the form of carrier oil or base oil in Aromatherapy., the oil extracted from the seeds of Almond. Sweet Almond has a very light, sweet and nutty aroma..Almond oil is widely used in Aroma therapy for giving body massage. The oil is easily absorbable and serves as a great emollient.
Wheat germ Oil { INCI:Triticum Vulgare [wheat] Germ oil- Wheat germ oil is an unrefined oil that is obtained from the germ of the wheat kernel. It is the richest source of vitamin E than any other vegetable oil. It also has a high content of Vitamin A and Vitamin D. It is rich in protein and lecithin
Castor {INCI: Ricinus Communis seed oil}- A thick, clear viscous liquid from pressed from the castor bean. Acts as a humectant attracting moisture to the skin.
Magnesium: Promotes healing of skin tissue and provides skin surface with anti-allergic element. Essential for cell metabolism.
Bromide: Soothes skin, relaxes body muscles, and tranquilizes nerves.
sulfer: A natural disinfectant (constituent of certain vitamins).
Potassium: A moisture regulator that maintains a neutral environment in the skin
Calcium: A building block for corrective tissue under the skin surface.
Sodium: Relieves stiffness and muscle cramps and maintains neutral environment in the skin.
